Fluorine-rich food

Fluorine is one of the trace elements necessary for human life activities. It is a normal component of bones and teeth, necessary for the formation of tannins, and has a protective effect on osteoporosis.

Drinking water is the main source of fluoride. In the high-fluorine geographical environment, the body suffers from fluorosis due to long-term intake of excessive fluoride, which accumulates in the body. In China, high-fluorine areas (fluorine content per liter of water exceeds 1.5 milligrams per liter of water) are present in parts of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Shanxi, Gansu, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Hebei, northeastern, and Inner Mongolia. Other industries include industrial pollution and Fluoride poisoning caused by flaming coal pollution.

Change the water source in the high-fluorine area, remove the fluorine in the water and reduce its content; take comprehensive measures to eliminate fluoride, solve industrial pollution; increase nutrition to enhance disease resistance, adequate protein supplements, eat more legumes, vegetables, fruits, ensure calcium, Vitamin D, vitamin C supply, eat less seafood, do not drink tea. In the low-fluorine area, fluorinated drinking water, drinking tea, and eating sea salt, sea fish and other foods containing more fluoride. Brush and gargle with fluoride toothpaste to increase fluoride intake.

Fluorine is the same as other elements. Excess and deficiency are harmful to human health. Different countermeasures are adopted for high-fluorine and low-fluorine areas, and they are used to avoid harm, so that fluorine is beneficial to humans.
