Hebei Accelerates Dairy Cow Farm Construction for Milk Powder

Since the beginning of this year, Hebei Province has promoted the rapid and healthy development of the milk powder industry by promoting the construction of dairy milk dairy farms. The province's 105 milk cow breeding farms (districts) to be built have passed the review, of which 64 have been built and completed. There are 20 sample building sites.

In order to strengthen technical support, the Provincial Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Affairs organized the development and issuance of the “Standard for the Construction of Dairy Farms for the Production of Milk Powder”, and formulated the construction of housing, the application of fully mixed diet feeding (TMR) technology, bed construction and waste disposal, etc. The technical proposal is to organize experts to conduct one-on-one technical guidance in-depth on the proposed site to help modify and improve the reconstruction plan and the sewage disposal plan. At present, all dairy farms that produce milk powder have completed project design and demonstration. The pace of building dairy milk companies' own dairy bases has been further accelerated. Junlebao Dairy has started construction of two 40,000 integrated dairy cattle scale farms in the Chabei Management District of Zhangjiakou City, and is now in Luquan City, Tang County and Wei County. , Gaobeidian City built four ranches and had a dairy cow population of more than 30,000 heads. Beijing Capital Agricultural Group has established the "Congong Group Modern Cycle Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Zone" in Dingzhou City. It has a milk cow population of 40,000 heads and currently has a population of 6,000 heads.

In addition, new breakthroughs have been made in the construction of milk powder processing companies. Shijiazhuang Junlebao Taihang Dairy Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the “Infant Formula Milk Powder Production License”. Since the products were introduced on April 12, they have shown a good momentum of purchase and sales. At present, Junlebao invests 3.6 billion yuan in the establishment of the Dairy Science and Technology Park in the Chabei Management District, and a 30,000-ton infant milk powder production line has started construction. The first farm group plans to build a new infant formula milk powder processing plant with an annual output of 40,000 tons in Xinle City, and has signed a cooperation agreement with the Shijiazhuang municipal government. The province's milk powder processing capacity and level have been significantly improved.
