Agilent 1100/1200 DAD Detector Replacement Xenon Lamp Program
1. Turn off the detector and unplug the power and signal cables.
2, wash your hands, wear anti-static clothing, wear protective glasses, and prepare a Phillips screwdriver;
3. After shutting down for at least 30 minutes, press the release button and remove the front cover to expose the flow cell area.
4. Disconnect the lamp from the connector, unscrew the visible light (left) and/or UV lamp (right) and remove the lamp. Do not touch the glass bulb with your fingers.
5. Insert the lamp; tighten the screw and reconnect the lamp to the connector.
6. Reattach the front cover.
7. Re-plug the cable and signal cable and start the workstation.
8, light intensity test
*Tests are only used for standard flow cells (10 mm and 6 mm pathlengths); mobile phase is replaced with pure water; xenon and tungsten lamps are turned on*
*G1315E and subsequent detector light intensity test program is also accompanied by a 20-minute ASTM system stability test. If all the previous tests can be passed, this test fails; it should be cleaned with methanol mobile phase for 2 hours, then replaced with pure Water mobile phase cleaning for 2 hours before turning on the light intensity test*

9, recalibration after wavelength verification
*This test is to test whether the optical path of the instrument can accurately locate the wavelength, and the two Xenon lamp peaks with wavelengths only 486nm and 656.1nm*
10, yttrium oxide test
*This project is carried out after the ninth item to test the accuracy of the three wavelengths of 361, 453.7 and 536.7 nm; it is mainly to determine whether the optical path of the instrument is accurate*
11, flow cell detection
*This item is to determine whether the flow cell needs cleaning by changing the energy of the xenon lamp when placing and removing the flow cell.
12. For the replacement of the new xenon lamp, the above items 1~9 need to be carefully tested; it can be used as the basis for judging the xenon lamp and the flow cell.
