Therefore, spinach is a "brain food" and can be used to prevent memory loss. The researchers concluded that spinach, like raisins, blue berries, black berry, kale, and strawberry, is rich in antioxidants, second only to dried plums. This antioxidant is very important for maintaining human health. Because people's environment is not calm, there are a variety of radiation and chemical substances that cause the body to produce free radicals that can be charged. These free radicals can kill cells, eventually causing changes in the heart and other vital organs, and memory loss. The spinach contains a lot of antioxidants, it can absorb harmful free radicals, so that people stay healthy.
