Preservation of eggs

Eggs should be kept in a clean, tidy, dust-free, rodent-free egg bank. It is advisable to install an air conditioner to keep the temperature constant. The suitable temperature for keeping eggs is 15-18 °C. When the storage time is within 1 week, it is best to use 17-18°C; when it is more than 1 week, it is better to use 15°C. The relative humidity of preserved eggs is preferably 75%. If the humidity is too low, the moisture in the egg evaporates too quickly, the egg loses water severely, and the air chamber increases. If the humidity is too high, the bacteria easily grows and reproduces, causing the egg rot to change. The preservation time of eggs is generally not to exceed 1 week. The longer the preservation time, the worse the quality of the eggs and the lower the hatching rate. If it is more than 1 week, turn the egg once a day or place the blunt end of the egg down so that the yolk is in the center of the egg and prevent the embryo from sticking to the eggshell.

Tuberculosis

Tuberculosis (TB) is a potentially fatal contagious disease that can affect almost any part of the body but is mainly aninfection of the lungs. It is caused by a bacterial microorganism, the tubercle bacillus or Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Although TB can be treated, cured, and can be prevented if persons at risk take certain drugs, scientists have never comeclose to wiping it out. Few diseases have caused so much distressing illness for centuries and claimed so many lives.
