Youpu ultra pure water machine operating procedures
1 Scope of application:
This procedure applies to the Yupu ultra-pure water machine . It is mainly used for the preparation of UP ultrapure water and RO purified water for laboratory use.
2 Basis for preparation:
This procedure is based on the instruction manual of the U-Purple Water Purifier .
3 instrument working principle:
3.1 pretreatment system
3.1.1 Use PP polypropylene fiber filter to effectively eliminate rust and sediment in water.
3.1.2 High-efficiency columnar activated carbon filter with carbon content up to 80%, can effectively adsorb and filter impurities such as residual chlorine, heterochromatic and organic substances in the source water.
3.2 Reverse osmosis system reverse osmosis is the original US system.
3.3 aftertreatment system
3.3.1 The use of Weigu UV sterilizer can effectively reduce TOC and sterilization.
3.3.2 Use the atomic-grade ion exchange resin for high purity water from ROHMHASS Company of the United States.
3.3.3 Terminal ultrafiltration to ensure the removal of bacteria.
4 instrument technical parameters:
4.1 Influent conditions: urban tap water or groundwater
4.2 Small water supply pressure: 0.15MPa
4.3 Small water supply flow: 0.3m3/h
4.4 PH range: 6-8
4.5 Solubility total solids: TDS ≤ 200mg / L (more than this value is recommended to configure the water softener)
4.6 Temperature: 5 °C ~ 40 °C (The water volume of this mechanism refers to the water production when the RO membrane is 25 °C, the temperature drops by 1 °C,
The water production of the RO membrane is reduced by about 3%. When the water temperature is close to 0 °C, the RO membrane will stop producing water.)
4.7 Residual chlorine: ≤0.05mg/L (Note: UPH-W model requires influent water to be distilled or deionized water)
4.8 Conductivity: ≤10μs/cm
4.9 Solubility total solids TDS: 3 mg/L
4.10 Microbial content: ≤1CFU/mL
4.11 total organic carbon TOC: ≤50μg/L
5 steps:
5.1 Connect the source water from the “source water inlet†interface, connect the water tank to the “water tank excuseâ€, and connect the wastewater to “waste water dischargeâ€.
5.2 Turn on the water and open the power supply at the rear of the chassis.
5.3 The device starts the self-test screen. In the self-test, the ultrafiltration drain valve runs for 8 seconds.
5.4 After 18 seconds of self-test, when the inlet water source pressure is stable and the water tank is not full, the equipment starts to produce water. (The screen displays "System Water", the right tank symbol is not full, and the word "System" is displayed.
5.5 When the water pressure of the water source is insufficient, the screen displays “System Protection†and the right water tank symbol is low and the word “guarantee†is displayed. At the same time, the equipment stops working, but it can take out RO water or UP water.
5.6 When the water tank is full of water, the device will automatically stop, the screen will display the main screen, the water tank symbol on the right side will be full water, and the word “stop†will be displayed below.
5.7 When the setup/confirm button is pressed, the man-machine dialog window is entered. Press the up and down keys to select a menu item.
5.8 Enter the reserved RO water item. The scheduled water withdrawal period can be set during the reservation period. The appointment time can set the water intake time. The flow rate can be set from 1 to 50 liters. When the appointment is set, when the time is up, the water is automatically taken according to the set water intake. (Note: Because there is no flow meter, the water lift is about the approximate value.) When taking water, the screen displays RO water, and displays the water conductance value, water temperature, flow rate, etc., when the water intake reaches the set value. Stop taking water afterwards.
5.9 Reserve UP water with the reservation RO water. The difference is that when the UP water resistance value is lower than the lower water intake limit, water cannot be taken.
5.10 UP water setting. This item sets the UP water to take the underwater limit, from 2MΩ to 18MΩ. This function is to press UP and UP water to remove UP water when UP water resistance is lower than the set lower limit. Also displays "below the lower limit of water withdrawal".
5.11 Historical record: This function is the record of taking water from the new water record to the first 30 times. Each record has the time and date of water intake, the water conductance or resistance value, the water temperature, and the water lift.
5.12 Time setting: This function is the system date and time setting.
5.13 Flow coefficient: Approved for the flow meter for the manufacturer or user. The larger the value, the larger the flow rate.
5.14 "Cycle/Cancel" button
When entering the menu option, press this button to cancel the function.
