How the alcohol recovery tower works:

The material enters the evaporator tangentially from the inlet and is continuously and evenly distributed on the inner wall of the evaporation cylinder through the distributor. The liquid is added to the critical boiling, and some of the solution is vaporized, so that the thermal energy is converted into the kinetic energy of the upward movement, and at the same time, due to the evaporation cylinder There is a large difference in gravity between the unheated liquid in the vapor-liquid mixture in the body, and the natural circulation of the liquid is generated under the action of the expansion kinetic energy and the difference in gravity. Until the vapor-liquid mixture is evaporated. The secondary steam evaporated from the evaporation cylinder rises to the separation cylinder, and the gas-liquid separator installed therein separates the droplets or foam which may be carried by the secondary steam, and the secondary steam is led out from the outlet of the upper end into the evaporator. After further fractionation, the rectification column is condensed and cooled by a condenser, a cooler, and then collected into a liquid collection tank. The collected ethanol can be partially refluxed to the top of the alcohol recovery tower for further purification, and partially enters the finished ethanol container. The size of the return flow is adjusted according to the concentration of the feed and the concentration of the discharge.
