2. Process points Selection of raw materials: Choose a variety of juice, good color, strong aroma, sweet and sour varieties. In the case of sweet oranges, sweet oranges, etc., other varieties may be appropriately proportioned.
Pretreatment: remove rot and fruit, heat in a sandwich pot with hot water at 90°C-95°C for 40-60s, remove skin by hand (better than seeding). Fruits with a small amount of essential oil in the skin can be pressed with the skin, but the hot oil can reduce the essential oils brought into the juice.
Juicer: peeled orange can be squeezed by a screw press, with skin pressure can be used roller or special juice equipment juice. After the juice was filtered, the coarse filtration was performed using a 0.3-0.5 mesh filter.
Homogeneous degassing: High pressure homogenization, pressure 15.4-17MPa. After homogenization, it enters the vacuum degassing tank to remove the gas from the juice.
Sterilization cans: Pasteurized pasteurized (92°C, 30-40s) cans can be sealed. The cans are inverted for 20s and cooled with cold water. Qualified products are finished products.
