SANYO ice machine works:
The principle of the SANYO ice machine is actually quite simple.
By replenishing the water valve, the water automatically enters a water reservoir, and then the water is pumped through the flow control valve to the split head, where the water is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the ice maker, flowing through the ice like a curtain of water. On the wall of the device, the water is cooled to the freezing point, and the water that is not frozen by evaporation will flow into the water storage tank through the porous tank, and the cycle will resume.
1. Put the cold water in the water tank of the ice machine, and then continuously circulate the water in the water tank through the water pump. After passing through the evaporator, the evaporator has two types of plates and sub-formats.
2. After the compressor of the ice machine starts running, the external air is first sucked in, and then the air and water are compressed by the compressor. After a certain degree, it cannot be pressed, and then there is no compressed exhaust gas. Discharge, and then through the continuous operation of the compressor, let the water continue to cool through the evaporator, so that the ice machine compressor heavy water temperature is getting lower and lower, and the important thing is that the temperature in the evaporator is only -10 to -18 degrees. From the temperature of the water, the temperature of the water drops sharply to achieve the effect of liquefaction. When the temperature of the cold water in the ice machine is lower than 0 degrees, it begins to freeze on the surface of the evaporator contacted by the lower temperature. Knowing that the ice on the contact surface reaches a certain thickness, the defrosting solenoid valve can be connected to the heat pump. De-ice, then remove the ice from the ice machine for the next treatment.
SANYO ice machine instructions:
1. The ice machine should be placed in a well ventilated place, the storage location should be kept away from the heat source, avoid working in a high temperature environment, the room temperature should be controlled below 20 degrees, and the distance from the wall should be 30cm.
2. Connect the water source, screw one end of the connecting pipe (Thread Valve) to the bottom water outlet of the ice machine, and connect the other end to the tap water tap. Note that the pipe port (upper port) is removed first when connecting. After the pipe is fixed on the faucet, connect the pipe tab until there is no water leakage.
3. Turn on the faucet switch, keep the water for 2-5min, then turn on the power. After running for 1min, the machine starts to enter the ice making state.
4. In order not to affect the overall operation process of the ice machine, it is advisable to require *** times of booting time and 3-5 minutes of second booting time to avoid repeated switching in a short time!
5. When the ice is full alarm or water shortage alarm, the switch machine stop time is as required by the fourth point.

1. Remove the outer packaging and remove the attached file bag and the inlet pipe, drain pipe, ice spoon and other accessories from the storage refrigerator.
2. Place the ice machine in a ventilated place, keep a lot of space with the wall and 150mm away from the heat source. Make sure the machine is placed smoothly.
3. Attach the attached Ñ„12 soft plastic corrugated drain pipe to the outlet pipe on the back of the machine and the other end to the sewer port.
4. Connect one end of the attached water pipe to the tap of the tap water supply pipe, and the other end to the water valve threaded joint on the back of the ice machine. Note that when connecting, the seal ring should be placed at both ends of the inlet pipe (scheduled)
5. Unscrew the tap to ensure smooth flow of the inlet pipe.
6. Plug in the power plug and press the rocker switch on the operation panel. At this time, the ice machine starts working. The ice machine implements automatic continuous ice making from water inlet, ice making, dehydration and ice storage. If the amount of ice in the refrigerator reaches a certain level, the ice full light on the operation panel will light up, and the ice machine will only stop.
